In consideration of your use of and access to this web site, and the promises and obligations in these Legal Terms, and intending to be legally bound, you and Fields Neighborhood Condominium Association hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Legal Terms. Due to construction tolerances, square footage and other specifications may vary. Dimensions and location of windows vary with exterior selection. Prices reflect base prices and are subject to change. Lot premiums may apply. Views may vary significantly by lot location and may be affected by future development. Fields Neighborhood Condominium Association does not guarantee the preservation of any view or the natural environment surrounding any of its communities.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or lease any homes or real estate. Please see the actual home purchasing agreements and related documents for additional information, disclosures and disclaimers relating to any homes, home features and purchases.

3. Equal Housing Opportunity

It is the policy of Fields Neighborhood Condominium Association to comply with both the letter and the spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act, and amendments, which prohibit discrimination in the sale or rental of housing or vacant residential land based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin; and to qualify for exemption from the familial status portion of the Fair Housing Act.

4. NO WARRANTY

This site is provided by Fields Neighborhood Condominium Association on an "as is" basis. Fields Neighborhood Condominium Association disclaims all warranties with respect to this website, and to any information or products or services available on this website, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Fields Neighborhood Condominium Association also makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from this site, or regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the site, or that its services will meet any user's requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. 10. Interpretation and Disputes

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recovery of its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. If any provision of these Legal Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator, then the court or arbitrator making such determination shall modify such provision to the minimum extent necessary so as to make it enforceable and valid; but if this cannot be done then the provision shall be severed and the remaining Legal Terms shall be interpreted and read to give them maximum enforceability.
